Dr. Johary is highly experienced, educated, trained and knowledgeable with most all Dental procedures. He is a Diplomate in Implantology with the American Dental Implant Assoc; A former Diamond Level Partner in the Nobel Biocare Implant Program; Holds two Certificates in Orthodontics; Graduate of the 2 year University of Florida Advanced MAGD Mastership Program; Present/Past member of several Professional Dental Organizations including ADA, FDA, AGD, CFAGD, ADIA, AAID, ICOI, LCDS, CDDS, and AOS. He is a hired Dental Expert Witness for several local Law Firms. Dr. Johary has been in the dental field since 1986, which includes his first private practice started in 1995 and has several today. He has a BS degree and a Dental Hygiene Degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville. While in Dental School, Dr. Johary was Class President, voted into Who’s Who among U.S. Dental Students and a member of Psi Omega Dental Fraternity. He completed his 4- year Dental School graduation requirements in 3 years from the University of Louisville, KY. He was employed by the United States Public Health Service as a commissioned Student Dentist beginning the summer of his junior year and practiced emergency dentistry at Park DuValle Community Health Center in Louisville, KY. In recent years he received recognition numerous times as one of America's Top Doctors and America's Best Dentist. Aside from Dentistry he holds licenses in Real Estate and as a Private Pilot. His lifetime charity is St Jude Children's Research Hospital. He has been married since 2000 (to an Attorney) and they have three children.

Without proper representation and defense, an innocent Dentist can lose a case. The Plaintiff and their Attorney are attempting suit for as much financial gain as possible. It has always been like this and has only gotten worse over time. To the defendant, IT'S ALL ABOUT REPUTATION, PEACE OF MIND, THEIR LICENSE AND CAREER. A lawsuit affects the defendant mentally, economically and physically.

FEE SCHEDULE
- FREE Initial Phone Consultation.
- FREE Case Review & Discussions by telephone.
- The Initial Retainer fee is $2,000.
- Document Review & Preparation fee is $250/hr.
- Deposition hourly fee is $250/hour. 3 hours minimum.
- Trial Testimony hourly fee is $500/hour. 4 hours minimum.
- In-person Review/Discussion of documents & case. Travel charge of $250/hr plus hourly rate of $250/hr.
- A Signed Retention Agreement prior to initiating work on a case.
- Deposition Cancellation Policy: 100% of 3 hours @ $250/hr due if Deposition is cancelled less than 5 business days of scheduled.
- Trial Cancellation Policy: 100% of 4 hours @ $500/hr due if Trial cancelled less than 5 business days of scheduled.
- Travel Charge for Depositions & Trial is $250/hr pro-rated.
